This policy covers pocketlabs.fun only. Our apps have their own policies: Boink.
03Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted on Vercel. Like most hosts, Vercel processes technical data to deliver pages and keep the service secure, such as your IP address, browser and device type, requested URL, referrer and timestamps. We use this only to operate and secure the site and do not combine it with other data. Logs are retained by Vercel according to its policies.
04Cookies and tracking
We do not set cookies and we do not use analytics, advertising or social tracking scripts on this website. Your language choice is determined by the URL. If we add analytics or cookies in the future, we will update this page first and ask for consent where the law requires it.
05Email and support
If you write to hola@jfdelarosa.dev, we process your email address and message to reply and resolve your request, based on our legitimate interest in providing support. We keep them as long as needed for that and reasonable record-keeping, and never sell or share them for marketing.
06Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, CCPA/CPRA or Mexico's LFPDPPP) you may have rights to access, correct or delete your data, or to object to its processing. Email hola@jfdelarosa.dev to exercise them. We do not sell personal information.
